I established and grew the company narrative, differentiating Lyft as an agent of positive change. Developed creative and scalable consumer-facing campaigns in support of brand preference and growth goals. Established Lyft co-founders as transportation visionaries and thought leaders. Served as communications lead for Lyft’s unique initial public offering listing-day event, designed to reflect Lyft's mission and brand.
